If you are mad about science then here is a camp designed for you. A state-wide 4-H summer science camp will be held July 27-30. The camp will take place at the 4-H Center on Smith Mountain Lake in Franklin County. Areas included will be Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Biotechnology, and General Science. Some of the hands-on activities will include rocketry, DNA extraction, GPS locating, robotics, and water/lake ecology.
